Career Overview
A range of technical and management roles within the Post Office 1988-1996. In 1996, appointed as the format manager for Post Office Counters Ltd with specific responsibility for the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Part 3) (DDA). This included developing and implementing staff training programmes for this aspect of the DDA. Then appointed in a senior manager role at Consignia as DDA Project Manager with responsibility for 18,000 post offices, 3,000 sorting offices and 150,000 staff. Created own company offering complete compliance solutions in May 2001, which was subsequently bought-out and refocused as a product company by new owners. Set up own Consultancy company in 2004 as offering a full range of DDA risk services .
